4. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from XTRA.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery or risk of loss.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
26. WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our applicable policies, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, including our:
- Privacy Policy
- Return & Refund Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Warranty Policy
- Promotional terms where applicable
If a specific policy applies to a particular matter, that policy will govern that matter subject to applicable law.
